FREELANCE SOCIALS WORK EXAMPLE

During summer of 2024 I worked alongside a videographer to provide content coverage of the client’s stage at Secret Garden Party. Working as the videographer’s digital marketing strategist, I successfully leveraged our BTS content to boost his engagement to reach a wider audience to promote his videography business.

Elements such as having a person on the thumbnail and a story-focussed caption helped the initial viewing time. Furthermore, engaging with the festival community through tagging, collaborating, and responding to comments helped to increase engagement.

This lead to an increased reach from 340 to 5800 in the first week of the post going live.

I have since worked with Kyle to develop his content strategy, by creating content pillars to establish a broader narrative and help his account to remain active when he has no recent work to post.
