  • Reel cover text- use a thumbnail with whole sentence hooks like a cover for a book to give people who are scrolling past a chance to engage with it
  • Once a week competitor analysis: find someone with <10k followers that have a video with >1mil views
  • Get specific about target audience pain points: family not understanding, frustration with not wanting to leave (this is a great example you’ve already discussed) this will be helpful if you decide to implement AI powered hypertargeting

 

TikTok

  • Post 2 part videos, post the second part first then a few minutes later post the first part- the latest video will be pushed through the FYP reaching non followers more than followers
  • Watch time: cuts, short, concise, make sure people have a reason to watch til the end- listicles, value
  • Engagement – ask questions, use polls, reply to comments
